Who we are
Hyperaxis is a product of Aperintel, a sole-trader business operating in London, United Kingdom (incorporation as Aperintel Ltd is in progress at Companies House). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit hyperaxis.co.uk or interact with our pre-launch design-partner programme.

What data we collect
On the public landing page (hyperaxis.co.uk and its subpages) we collect only the data you actively provide. Specifically:
- Cookie preference. When you accept or reject our cookie banner, the choice is stored in your browser's localStorage as a JSON record. Nothing is sent to a server.
- Information you submit by email. If you email
hyperaxis@aperintel.comorsecurity@aperintel.com, the message reaches our inbox via the ImprovMX forwarding service and is read by a human at Aperintel. We retain emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not run third-party analytics on this landing page. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel, no Segment. The hex-field background animation, the dashboard mockup, and the cookie banner all run client-side without phoning home.
Cookies
This site uses one category of cookies only: strictly necessary. The cookie banner records your preference in localStorage for 12 months. There are no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies on this surface. See our Cookie Policy for the full inventory.
Legal basis for processing
Where we process personal data we rely on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018:
- Consent, for any optional cookies (analytics is reserved but not currently used; if added it will require explicit opt-in).
- Legitimate interest, for responding to messages you send to our inbox and for the day-to-day running of our website.
- Contract, for design-partner correspondence once a written agreement is in place.
How long we keep data
Email correspondence: retained for the duration of the design-partner conversation plus six years thereafter for tax and contract-record purposes. Cookie preference: 12 months in localStorage, then the banner re-prompts. Server logs: this site is statically hosted on Vercel; Vercel may keep request logs per its own retention policy.
Where data lives
Static site hosting is on Vercel (EU regions). Email is forwarded via ImprovMX (servers in the United States) to a UK-based inbox. Aperintel does not transfer your data to any other jurisdiction without notice.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, write to hyperaxis@aperintel.com and we will respond within one month.
About the Hyperaxis product
This policy covers the public landing page only. The Hyperaxis product itself (the regulated-AI governance gateway) has a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that governs customer data handled by the product. Design partners receive the DPA when a Letter of Intent is signed. See Data Processing Addendum for the standard terms.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. The current version is the one published here.
